Project Description: One Bank Street is a 27-storey office building at the western end of the Canary Wharf Estate. Building within a cofferdam within the South Dock, the building provides over 700,000ft of high-quality office space, including three levels of state-of-the-art trading floors, a retail unit at ground level, a freestanding retail kiosk on South Dock Promenade, public realm, planting and landscaping, and a basement car and cycle park. There is public access to the new promenade along the South Dock as well as a new Quay Club built on a pontoon overlooking the middle dock on Bank Street comprising of restaurants, bars, a gym, a spa and guest bedrooms.
